E. North Street Weekly Update April 20, 2010
Water main installation along East North Street should be finished by the end of next week. Traffic needing to use Spruce Street will be diverted to Pine Street and Cherry Avenue respectively.
Storm sewer is being installed across Riley Avenue. Riley Avenue will be closed next week for one week. Business access will need to use Cherry Avenue. Storm sewer installation up Spruce Street has begun. Concrete paving and grading along East North Street continues.
East Denver Street is now open from Cherry Avenue to Pine Street.
The public is welcome to our weekly construction meetings every Friday at 10am in the Wendy’s Restaurant on East North Street. There is also an Information Hotline that has been set up for the public to call and listen to weekly updates about construction and traffic control activities for the upcoming week. They also may leave a message with any questions and concerns they may have. They may also go to www.heavyconstructors.com for weekly updates and detailed traffic control maps.
